Return of Merchandise Policy
No return on the following products:
Remote Control vehicles that sustained damage during damage use!
Remote Control helicopters and airplanes that sustained damage during use!
(In other words if you bought a car that was under warranty and ran it into a pole the dealership isn’t going to fix your car due to your negligence; so if a helicopter is dropped or hit against a tree the manufacturer will not pay for a replacement helicopter or airplane.)

Please allow 5 business days for us to respond to any Return of Merchandise and order status requests. You MUST have an rma (Return of Merchandise Authorization) number to return any merchandise.
If Product is Defective
If you receive a defective item, simply call the manufacturer for help. If you are unable to contact the manufacturer, send us an e-mail (contactus@1wholesaler.com) and we will provide the manufacturer contact information. Please note that you must return all packaging, manuals, and items included in the original box, along with a detailed explanation of the defect item, to the manufacturer within 30 days. Please note that defective products due to negligence of use will not be returnable.
1wholesaler.com will warranty some of the products we sell. However, most of the products that we sell are warranted only through the manufacturer. If you purchase a product that has a manufacturer warranty, please contact them directly, or send us an email and we will assist you in contacting them.
If Product is Resalable
If the product is in its original unopened packaging, we will exchange it within 30 days. If you would like a refund, you will receive one in full, less a 15% restocking fee. All purchase exchanges and refunds will be minus the shipping. Please be sure to include all original packaging materials and instructions
If Product is not Resalable
If the product has been opened, assembled, painted, altered, or does not contain all of its original packaging, this is not a resalable item. If the product is a fuel-powered remote control vehicle, and fuel has been placed in the vehicle, then the product is not resalable and you must go directly through the manufacturer.
Exchange Policy
You MUST have an rma number to exchange any merchandise.
Our exchange policy is the best on the net! Anything you purchase from 1wholesaler.com can be exchanged up to 30 days after the date of purchase! (Items returned for exchange must be in brand new condition, sealed in their original box with all original packaging materials and instructions.) Please note that if you return a product that is not in brand new condition, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to send it back to you.
We want you to feel totally satisfied when you order products from 1wholesaler.com. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, send us an e-mail, so we can resolve any concerns. You will be asked to follow these simple steps:
Make sure your original invoice is dated within the last 30 days. E-mail us at (rma@1wholesaler.com) to receive an rma (Return of Merchandise Authorization) number.
Check all returned items to be sure they are in new condition (including all original packaging and accessories)include a copy of the original invoice. On the back of the invoice, please write your name, e-mail address, phone number, and the item(s) you would like to receive in exchange for the return.
